FMI Air Frequent Flyer program is designed to reward those who travel with us.

Our club members earn 10 points on each dollar they spend. Our rewards include

Enrollment

The loyalty program is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Membership is not available to corporations or other legal entities. Membership is accepted at the sole discretion of FMI Air.

Members will be issued a new membership number and card after making the first qualifying transaction. The use of this membership number/ card and associated benefits is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions and other loyalty program terms and conditions that may be issued from time to time by FMI Air.

 

Requirements The email address provided by an applicant or an existing member must be a valid email address which is personal to the member. Such email address shall also not be affiliated to a travel services entity. Any communication sent to customers regarded as delivered. It is a member’s responsibility to keep email address up to date. FMI Airlines will not be responsible for any of misdirected email or delayed.

Any changes of personal information such as NAME, Passport Number, Date of Birth should submit in written notification with relevant documents as a proof of change.

Termination A member may terminate membership program at any time by giving written notice and returning to FMI Airlines. Upon receiving of notification, any of the benefits and points earned within the membership year will be forfeited accordingly, FMI Air recommends that members carefully play all cancellations to avoid unintentional loss of accumulated points. Membership activities which has not record flight transactions or any of activities within 12 consecutive months will be dismissed without prior notice.

 

 

Earning Points

Points are earned with every dollar that you spend with FMI Air. Each dollar spent earns 10 points. We also reward our frequent fliers, counting sectors flown as an alternative option to maintain your status or get an upgrade in membership level under certain conditions. To earn points, members are encouraged to inform their membership number upon making reservation whenever is possible. Points are credited to membership account for tickets purchased on full fare paying class. No points will be earned on tickets such as awards, promotional fare, discounted and charter flights. Members of any club may purchase additional points at a rate of US$2 for 10 points. However, limitation to club members as follows: Gold/ Platinum/ Black member may purchase up to 200/400/500 respectively in order to retain their status.

 

Missing Points

Should the points do not credit to member’s account, Members may claim retroactive form to credit. All types of transaction should only be accepted within six months although point claims that are made prior to enrollment of membership. Transaction will take approximately two to three weeks. This can be done only by completing credit claim form/ retroactive claim form. The forms are available at FMI Air Lounges.

 

Redemption/Upgrades

The award or redemption ticket (one way or round trip) can be redeemed at FMI Air ticketing and reservation office according to the rules and regulations that may be enforced from time to time for issuing awards.

However, Redemption ticket for Gold Card member does not guarantee for confirm seat except Platinum and Black members. In general, traveling on awards or upgrade ticket is subject to capacity controls. Award seats may not be available for all flights. Member is responsible for airport tax and other handling charges.

Passenger who confirmed on award tickets and reservation who fail to show up for the flight considered NO-SHOW and no-show fee will be charged.

 

In case of changes in schedule, delay, re-routing the flights, passenger traveling on awards ticket will be transferred as per rules to the full fare paying passengers Open Dated Tickets are not allowed.

 

Confirmed booking on redemptions are encouraged to be ticketed immediately. FMI Air’s reservation team will not be held responsible for flight cancellation, re-routing unless the redemption ticket is issued prior to FMI Air’s ticket time limit.

 

Points expiry / Renewal of membership status/ Reserve values

Option 1

Member’s points (Gold/ Platinum) will expire after 12 consecutive months on the last day of the equivalent month in which they were earned whereas Black member’s point will expire after 24 consecutive months. However, remaining points are allowed to transfer to subsequent membership year as follow:

 

Gold – 5%

Platinum – 10%

Black –20%

Gold, Platnum and Black

Option 2

Reserve value – Member who wish to keep their points excess of the standard points beyond their status level as reserve values within 12 consecutive months are allowed up to 30 % of total points. Reserve values can be used to top up the points if there is insufficient points to be accrued at the end of subsequent year. Reserve value is valid for three years from the month which since the period is credited.

 

This program allows members to renew subsequent membership year to maintain their status.

 

General

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between FMI Air and Members of the FMI air loyalty program. It is the member’s responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions. Membership of loyalty program and its associated membership cards are not transferable and may only be used by the named loyalty program member. Membership cards remain the property of FMI Air and must be returned upon request. FMI Air and its loyalty program partners may, at any time request photo identification to verify the identity of an individual claiming any benefit of the FMI Air loyalty program. The selling, purchasing and auctioning or exchanging of all FMI Air awards including award tickets, for compensation is strictly prohibited. FMI Air reserves the right to withhold or confiscate award documents, void remaining points, close accounts, terminate membership, with or

without notice, and take legal action in the event of any member found to be conducting commercial transactions with the third parties involving award documents.

 

This also include changes without limitation to the following:

 

  • Rules for earning points
  • Rules for use of awards and redemptions
  • Features of special offers and promotions.
  • Renewal and Qualification process.

FMI Air will not be held responsible for any unauthorized changes of nominees or be held liable when issuing awards for designated nominees. FMI Air reserves the right to modify the loyalty program structures, benefit or other features including these terms and conditions or to terminate the loyalty program at any time upon reasonable notice where possible, and FMI Air will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom. Any use of the loyalty program by a member will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment to these terms and conditions. Upon joining or upgrading to a tier within the loyalty program, members will receive a new membership card.

  • Black Member –Supplementary Card
  • Black members may wish to opt for a supplementary card for their spouses, business colleagues, partner or appointed nominee.
  • However, supplementary card holder remains at basic member (Gold) earning of points will be as per T&C. He or She may not enjoy tier bonus for the supplementary card and all the points will go as per basic membership’s privileges (Gold). 
  • Supplementary card member can enjoy same benefits that principle cardholder has access to, as well as the preferential treatment accorded to black member. (for instance: Redeem flights/ Enjoy air privileges)
